COVID-19: UPDATE IN EFFECT UNTIL MARCH 31, 2020

The past couple of weeks have been unsettling and emotional for all as COVID-19 is quickly and significantly impacting how we live, interact and do business temporarily. The health, safety and overall well-being of the Bell Properties team, you, family, friends and the community at large is a top priority. As a result, Bell Properties will implement the following changes.

The leasing office is closed to in person traffic. Our office will remain open and you may reach us by telephone, email or mail. We will post updates to our website, as needed.
Non-emergency service requests for maintenance will be put on hold until further notice. Emergency service requests include fire, active water leaks or lack of running water.

Please know that our thoughts are with you, the countless doctors, nurses and other medical professionals fighting COVID-19 on the front lines and caring for us 24/7. Through a strong strategic and united effort we will bring this healthcare emergency to an end. Thank you for your consideration as we implement these policy and procedure changes until March 31, 2020.
