Phil, owner of Phil’s Gun Shop is one of many Bell Property’s tenants who share a rich history and possess a thorough knowledge of their business. He is a life long Memphian and has no plans to leave this city that is his home.
When I spoke to Phil, I heard a gruff, proud man whose love of guns was apparent to me in our recent conversation. He recalled enjoying many years of hunting deer, turkey and duck. Phil has enjoyed appraising, repairing and buying guns since 1995, at his Summer Avenue location. Phil has years of experience in gunsmithing, which has included custom work. Gunsmithing can take a couple of years of education and several years of practice for one to reach the level of expertise to open your own business.
When asked how he felt Bell Properties has helped hm over the years, he responded that he has always found Bill and Wallace Bell to be very responsive to his calls. Phil could recall a few times when his business experienced some problems; Bill and Wallace Bell stepped in to render assistance. Bell Properties is driven by customer service; it was their natural reaction to aide Phil in getting back to business.
Phil’s Memphis, TN roots run deep, as do the roots of Bell Properties. This is a solid working relationship that has experienced success in the past and will continue into the future.
