The Memphis Hightailers Bicycle Club looked all over town for a new headquarters location with room to grow.
According to club president Tulio Bertorini, “We needed a space to meet and to conduct training sessions. We looked at a lot of different sites and talked to different property owners, but nothing quite worked for us. Then one of our members, Bill Bell, came to the rescue.”
“The Hightailers needed meeting space,” says Bell Properties president, Bill Bell. “But they also needed storage space, an accessible central location, and proximity to the Memphis Greenline.” Bell Properties’ warehouse campus on Cumberland Street proved to be just the right spot.
“This space is perfect!” exclaims Bertorini, adding, “We’re just off Broad, close to the Greenline and easily accessible via the interstate and Sam Cooper to all of our members. We have plenty of room for big events and plenty of parking. It’s quiet. It’s safe – I’ve been here late at night many times. And we’re right around the corner from Wiseacre Brewing. We love it.”
Bell Properties takes pride in providing office, retail and warehouse environments that are economical and conducive to business growth. Bertorini concludes, “I would definitely recommend Bell. They not only helped us find the right location, they are also here when we need them.”
